    • Thanks! Except for the double shadow, which I just didn’t take the time to really deal with as it had already been a long day, this photo turned out exactly as I envisioned it when I came up with the concept. If this were a client shot, I’d have gotten rid of the double shadow by placing the on-axis fill right at the lens, probably hand-holding the 430EX next to the lens. The side-light was a bare 580 EX II from high left. An STE-2 controlled both on ETTL with an 8-1 ratio between A group (580 EX) and B group (430 EX).
